The Process
Therapy is the process of reviewing your present situation with hopes of enacting positive change for your future self. You state your problems, where you'd like to be in the future, and answer questions about yourself that you may have forgotten, decided to ignore, or were unable to recognize at the time. You create a plan of action to enact change through understanding yourself and the impact you have on others and your environment. But before any of the work, the process starts with a relationship and is built on mutual trust.

The First step
It can be devastating when you realize you're unable to overcome the difficulties you've faced alone. It is not the end.
Therapy can provide the tools needed to overcome, to understand, and to move forward. You are not alone.
